We are Irish-owned and Ireland-based with our registered office in Dublin, Ireland. We employ Irish resident investigators variously located around the country to provide a comprehensive investigation service to our clients to assist in deterring and detecting fraud. We have a SELECT ELITE team of experienced and skilled investigators with proven High Court and Circuit Court witness capability. These investigators include hand-picked, proven, industry-leading Surveillance Operatives.
We also have an experienced management team, which includes our own in-house Solicitor/Director, to lead the company and work closely with our clients to give the best possible customer experience.

DAVID RYAN
Managing Director
One of Ireland’s foremost and most experienced insurance claims investigators, David has been a leading Professional investigator for almost thirty years, twenty-six of those in Ireland, primarily working for the Irish insurance industry in the investigation of High Court and Circuit Court personal injury claims.
A highly trained former Law Enforcement Officer, he has extensive knowledge of covert surveillance operations both internationally and at home in Ireland.
MARTIN RYAN
In-house Solicitor - Regulation and Compliance, Data Protection Officer
Martin has been a Qualified Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales since 1981 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of the Law Society of Ireland in 2019.
He has a vast knowledge, experience and expertise in a range of legal services and as a Court and Tribunal Advocate. He has worked in both Private Practice and the Civil Service. He previously worked as a Senior Crown Prosecutor in the UK and a Partner in a Defence Law Firm specialising in serious fraud, crime and money laundering.
SEÁN RYAN
Operations Manager
Seán is an experienced Insurance Claims Case Manager and Surveillance Operative having handled hundreds of cases since entering the industry in 2012.
He is an expert in Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Research, Claimant Profiling, Covert Mobile and Foot Surveillance, Data Protection and GDPR Compliance issues.
Sean is a member of The Insurance Institute of Ireland and is currently working towards his CIP qualification, having already acquired his APA qualification.
