We are a firm of professional investigators with offices in Ireland and the UK, with total coverage of Europe and with approved affiliates in Africa, Asia, North America, South America, and Oceania. We are licensed and regulated by the Private Security Authority of Ireland and have over a century of combined investigation experience in the insurance & legal industries.

We have an experienced management team to lead the company and work closely with our clients to give the best possible customer experience and expert analysis. This includes an In-House Solicitor who oversees all regulation and compliance, acts as our Data Protection Officer, and is the Head of Serious Fraud, for Spotlight Investigations. He has been a Qualified Solicitor for almost 50 years and has vast knowledge, experience and expertise in a range of legal services and as a Court and Tribunal Advocate. He has worked in both Private Practice and the Civil Service, and previously worked as a Senior Crown Prosecutor in the UK and a Partner in a Defence Law Firm specialising in Serious Fraud, Crime and Money Laundering.

Our Managing Director is one of Ireland's most experienced and well-known investigators having worked with the Insurance and Legal professions for over 35 years. He is a former Police Officer with specialist investigation and surveillance training. He was previously a member of the Greater Manchester Police elite Tactical Aid Group targeting serious, organised, and high-impact crime. He also qualified as a Physiotherapist allowing him to provide a more considered opinion and insight on, for example, how a personal injury claimant presents in a day-to-day setting.
