Use of Tracking Devices & Vehicle Monitoring

Spotlight Investigations does not use GPS trackers, vehicle tracking devices, or any form of electronic tracking equipment when conducting surveillance operations.

The placement or use of tracking devices on vehicles or personal property constitutes a breach of Data Protection legislation and privacy rights and is not lawful without specific statutory authority. While the use of such devices remains commonplace within parts of the investigation industry, Spotlight Investigations has adopted a strict policy prohibiting their use under any circumstances.

All surveillance undertaken by Spotlight Investigations relies on:
