Spotlight Investigations undertakes Video & Document Redaction, as a matter of course, when submitting evidence to our clients from all investigations, ensuring total GDPR compliance.

We also provide Video & Document Redaction as a standalone service. This ensures that any information you store, or process, is completely secure and GDPR-compliant. ​Spotlight, using state-of-the-art technology, can anonymise any identifiable elements of any type of video footage and documentation, such as names, addresses, personal data, faces, vehicle registration plates, sensitive locations, etc. Along with the video redaction, we can also enhance any video footage to highlight a certain aspect of the content and/or audio contained therein.

Our industry-leading, encrypted file share and data transfer software allows data to be transferred between you and Spotlight Investigations within minutes. Using state-of-the-art technology, we can then quickly redact any such data before transferring the redacted data back to you.

• Low Cost

We charge a fixed hourly fee for redaction services meaning that you are charged only for the amount of work we carry out rather than on the amount of data you send. For example, five hours of CCTV footage does not necessarily mean there are five hours of work involved. It might only take one hour to redact the specific data, thus keeping costs to a minimum.
